30 Day Risk Free Trial Terms and Conditions

Note: Unity Laundry Systems Corporation is hereafter referred to as ‘The Company”

The Company will gladly accept the return of any product purchased on BuyUnityNow.com within 30 days from date of the order is received by the Customer. Qualified purchases will receive a refund of the purchase price (less return shipping costs and damage repair costs , if any), subject to the following terms and conditions.

Please read carefully, to qualify for a full refund you must:

  1. Be a first-time purchaser of a Unity Product during the time the No Obligation Risk Free Trial is open.
  2. Contact The Company Customer Service on 1 800 484 3013 to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and send Company a scan of the invoice via email to support@unityhelpme.com.
  3. If the product has been installed the Customer, at its own expense, shall be responsible to de-install it and make the product ready to be repackaged and/or re-crated for shipment. When the product to be returned is ready to be shipped and if the product to be returned is a washer or dryer or a similar product you must contact the Company at support@unityhelpme.com and the Company will make arrangements for the pick-up and return of the product(s) to Company. If the product is not a washer, dryer or similar product the Customer shall repackage the product(s), make arrangements for shipping and ship the product(s) to Company at Customer’s expense. The Customer will then email the Company at support@unityhelpme.com and provide the Company with sufficient information to track the return of the product(s).
  4. If the Unity Product is not returned in good condition and or without all accessories or without all items that were included in the original package or without the original packaging. A copy of the invoice must also accompany the returned product, the Company reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price which will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price. .If the Unity Product is returned in a dirty/unclean condition an additional 20% cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund.If the returned Unity Product has any damage to it, whether cosmetic or operational, the cost of repair will be deducted from the refund.
  5. Refunds for returned item/s will be made by corporate check approximately 15-20 business days after Company’s receipt of the returned product.
  6. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be suffered by the Customer (including, without limitation, indirect, consequential or economic loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participation in this Trial or use of the Product, except only for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  7. Any decision made by The Company on any matter pertaining to this 30 Day Risk Free Trial is final, including decisions related to, or arising out of, operation of Paragraphs 3 and 4 above and said decisions shall be binding on the Customer.
