At Unity, we are monitoring the evolving situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19).  Since 2018 the team at Unity has worked hard to provide small businesses with a way to seamlessly purchase and support high quality, attractively priced commercial appliances online.

As a B-Corporation our mission is one driven by both profit and community impact. In the wake of the challenges all businesses face to keep employees and their customers safe we are offering remote service visits to diagnose and troubleshoot commercial laundry equipment regardless of brand, free of charge. It is our way to pitch in and help small businesses keep washing machines and dryers running and cleaning efficiently during this difficult time.

This is an interactive 1:1 virtual service visit with one of our laundry experts. We will review your laundry equipment problem and help you address the issue. In some cases, we may recommend contacting a local repair company. The virtual service visit runs approximately 25 minutes. We’re looking forward to helping you!
