We use a national chemical company for our chemistry and our rep was able to hook up and program the washer with no issues. Compared to my old hard mount not only are the wash cycles shorter, the washer uses less water and the towels and sheets come out almost dry. If you are a hotel general manager replace your old washer with a Unity. You won’t regret it.
