We purchased the UTS40B to service our two locations. We are restaurant / creamery and run about two loads throught this machine every day. We had Noble our local chemical supplier, add an automatic chemical dispenser up to this machine. It has worked great and is simple to operate! This is the first commercial wash machine that we have owned but I have been very impressed with how well built and heavy duty this machine is.
